We neither sell nor dispense any controlled medications. This site is an information site with a search facility to various pharmacies. Your contract is with the dispensing pharmacies. At this point the only non controlled weight loss medication is Xenical!
How does the entire process work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form which only applies to controlled medications, one of the pharmacies licensed U.S. physicians will determine if you are eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen. If you are eligible, the physician will then write a prescription for that medication and forward it to a one of our licensed U.S. pharmacies to be filled. The pharmacy will then fill and ship your order via FedEx NextDay Air to your home in discreet packaging.

Is it legal to buy prescription medications online?
Yes. The prescription that is written for your controlled medication after your medical review form is approved comes from a licensed U.S. physician and is then filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Controlled medications such as phentermine require a face to face consultation. This practice is in accordance with FDA regulations and perfectly legal.

Do I need a prior prescription to order medications here?
You do not need a prior prescription. One of the online pharmacy physicians will issue the prescription provided it is not a controlled substance. If it is a controlled medication you need to visit your doctor for a prescription.

How do I place an order?
First you need to find an online pharmacy who will dispense the medication you require. When you click on their order link, you will be taken to their secure server where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. You have to answer every question truthfully and provide the maximum amount of detail. Do not supply untrue information!! Once you complete the questionnaire, submit your order for processing.

The good online pharmacies are dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information furnished is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege laws.
Their on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. What are your shipping rates and policies?
Due to patient demand and highly streamlined and automated order systems, the pharmacies only ship via FedEx Next Day at a flat rate of approximately $18 per order. Currently, the pharmacies do not ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

What is the cancellation policy?
Generally you may cancel your order before it is reviewed by a physician by calling the customer service number of the pharmacy dispensing the medication.

How long will it take to receive my medication?
Typically, orders are shipped from the pharmacies within 24 hours after you submit the order form. Orders are typically shipped via FedEx NextDay Air. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

To ensure that the physicians review your most up-to-date information, you must complete the order process in the same manner as you placed your first order.
